The Nu-Vista Vinyl is a reference-level phono stage using the rare, almost indefinitely long-lasting Nuvistor tubes and it is a sonic and visual tour de force. 9/10 condition; looks as new.
Bests every phono stage by PASS, Ayre, BAT, Manley, and Zesto I have ever heard in my highly resolving system. I am not upgrading to anything (There's fundamentally nowhere to go from here, just taking a break from vinyl). Gorgeous sense of effortless transparency.

Unlike standard tubes, Nu-vistors perform flawlessly almost indefinitely and the sound here is stunning: perfectly measured between a cathedral-like SET soundstage and the crystalline detail retrieval that can only be the outcome of the vanishingly low harmonic and intermodulation distortion of transistors, all with zero tube maintenance issues and limited heat. Developed in 1959 to ward off the onrush of transistor designs, they are the most advanced tubes ever created.

The Nu-Vista Vinyl was a labour of love for MF. We love phono, we adore tubes, we are passionate about Nuvistors. We relished, revelled and basked in the pure joy of designing a product of our dreams. One quick look at the Nu-Vista Vinyl's wonderful visuals confirms our feelings. We set out to make a phono stage without any practical limits. Essentially, in real life, you cannot overload the input stage or find any practical limitations in the output driving capacity. Single ended or balanced. It has five inputs, each can be set for either MM/MC and exact loading. It will remember those settings.
