Reflector 6H30n-DP **The Ultimate ARC Reference 6 Re-Tube Package**

For sale, the ultimate tube package for Audio Research Reference 6 Preamp. I bought this package to re-tube my Reference 6. Due to recent changes in my system, I end up selling my Ref 6 Preamp. Hence the sale of these rare 6H30n-DP (made before end of 1992) tubes that includes gold grids and is the absolute top grade of the 6N30 tube type rated for 10,000hours operating lifetime. The DR grade means this tube had to pass rigorous testing for space and military applications within the Soviet Union. The DR grading does designate it to perform much better than the 6H30P-EB or EV versions. As you may know, the later reproductions of this tube (since 1999) never reached same quality level. 

The SVETLANA Winged "C" 6550C is an amazing rectifier. It has very controlled sound - nothing offensive can be found in any part of the frequency response. Also very consistent in detail and separation, with clean highs and exceptional balance throughout. This tube is currently sold out and rare to find among US retailers. 

The tubes were purchased from a very reputable tube reseller and high quality tube manufacturer. I have bought many tubes over the years from them....always a great buying experience and only the very best high quality tubes. Their stock of 6H30n-DP has been produced before the year 1992.

The tubes were taken out of the box for quick testing and found to be flawless in their operation. All six 6H30n-DP’s and 6550C - Rectifier tubes has no hours of actual usage. The seventh 6H30n-DP Tube has 185 hours as it was used in my Ref6.
