I am the the original owner of this Bryston 4B NRB amplifier. It has been well cared for and used only in a non-smoking environment. It is an excellent amplifier and has served me very well. I am selling it only because I am now using active speakers in my systems. Otherwise, there would be no reason to replace it.
The amplifier is rated as 7/10 because of its age. It is in very nice condition.
The 4B NRB is a compact, rugged, reliable, very high quality amplifier. Stereophile called its bass response "amazing ... solid, deep, fast, powerful, and well-defined" and its upper range "clean, fast, and very dynamic". They said that on dynamic loudspeakers its soundstage had "great depth of image and airiness". I have been very happy with its performance. Bryston support is excellent.
