Thank you. Hi - For returns, the equipment has to be returned in the same condition that I sent it. It must be within 14 days of receipt and you would be responsible for the return shipping cost. We are selling the receiver because we upgraded to a new receiver that has higher functionality for room correction. We are the first and only owner. We purchased it about one year ago and used it for around six months. |
