Westminster was considered to be the Mobile Fidelity of the 1950s, and produced outstanding recordings that were the yardstick for every other major label of the period, including Mercury. These are some of the most desirable titles in the entire series, and they are in mostly Near Mint condition, which is astounding as these were released during the 1950s. Included are the complete 2 LP box set of set of Bartok's “Music for Children" with Edith Farnadi, the only copy I have ever seen;  Ibert & Roussel String Quartets with the Parrenin Quartet, again the only copy I have ever seen; "Oistrakh plays Chausson, Glazunov, Ravel, Kabalevsky"; Bloch "Schelomo" with Antonio Janigro on Cello; Ravel "Piano Music" with Reine Gianoli; Spanish Guitar music of Turina, de Fall, and Sor, with Julian Bream barely looking 20, and many other treasures. Folks, much of this material is as rare as hen’s teeth! And you won’t believe the condition: Jackets overall are in Very Good Plus to Near Mint condition, with the only real issue being that some of the spines are split but fronts and backs look lovely; the LPs overall are in Near Mint condition, most look like they’ve been played once (OK, some of them maybe twice).

There are also some choice Angel Monos including Rabin, Gieseking, Anda...And a choice US Decca Box with Mravinsky doing Tchaikovsky (see pics).
