The Auralic Taurus MKii has a very transparent, smooth class A analog output section. This is a reference headphone amp used by several reviewers. It has both balanced and SE inputs and outputs. Can be used as a very capable preamp to your other gear. Rated at 8/10 very good condition due to some smudges on the lettering which most of these amps have and also a small scuff on the rear that is barely visible in the photos. Performs as new and looks great. Comes with original manual and AC power cord. Buyer pay shipping and PayPal fees. I also accept Zelle, certified checks and money orders. Check my feedback.. | What DAC have you used with this? I currently have Schiit Modi 3. I used it with my OPPO UDP205 which has the ESS9038Pro DAC. Balanced out to the Taurus and RCA out to the Taurus....both inputs sounded very close in SQ. Of course the Taurus sounded better than the headphone output on the OPPO. |
