UPDATE: I was going to replace the front panels and up the price....But I decided to just lower the price. If someone wants to replace the front panel they can themselves. As OCD as I am, I wouldn't...
I bought these to go with the VSA VR5 SE speakers that I currently have up for sale. I sold the VR5 SE and am moving to an integrated amp.
I bought the amps used from the original owner who sold them to me as perfect. When I received them there were some blemishes that he says he was not aware of... He was not able to compensate me and split the difference for two new front plates that I requested of him...That would have been about $90.00 Sorry for the rant...
I spoke to CIA and he said that he has some of the newer face plates. The set for both amps would be around 180.00. They are very simple to replace. I am super OCD about appearance and I was upset at first but after the amps were set up in my system, I never noticed again.
Regardless, they are operationally perfect and sound wonderful with the VSAs.
The amps come with the 26db gain option.
The original boxes are in awesome condition.
Questions for the seller |

Hi - I'm a little confused about your text regarding the faceplates. Do you have new ones or will they have to be ordered if the scratches are too noticeable? Thanks Okay, one of the amps face plate has some marks. CIA said that they changed the design of the face plate sometime back and he no longer has any of the older version. It was still a MKII that was changed so I am not talking about upgraded amps from MKI or anything like that. What you see on the CIA website is what he has in stock.
Dusty said that he would sell two new face plates for around 180.00 and they are super easy to install if you are at all handy.
So someone could buy just one but I wouldn't.
I simply never got back with Dusty about the new plates because I put the amps in my rack and just never noticed the marks so it didn't seem much like a priority.
I hope that is clearer for you...
