Item can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

General Terms

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all included packing materials and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping return costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds

Buyer will receive a full refund in the original payment method less any shipping charges.

Special Conditions

Payment: For the security and protection of our customers’ data, we are offering free (no payment processing fees) checkout at tmraudio.com for all purchases made on Audiogon. All accepted offers will be invoiced directly post-purchase, and you are welcome to complete your purchase directly at tmraudio.com for fastest service. We accept all forms of payment including all major credit cards as well as GooglePay, AmazonPay and convenient no-interest financing options. We never charge our customers for Paypal or other processing fees. Orders over $15,000 are not eligible for payment by credit card or paypal but rather check, wire transfer or PayPal friends & family transfer only.

Sales Tax: We collect and remit sales tax where legally required. We don't like collecting taxes or paying them, but we are committed to being in full compliance with current sales tax laws even if other vendors or marketplaces are not. As such, Audiogon’s checkout has been disabled for this listing so that we can continue to deliver the highest level of service to our customers.

Packaging: We offer the best custom packaging in the business - period. When factory boxes are not available, we utilize an industrial Spray-in foam machine to create a custom, foam-injected mold that is form-fitted to each product. This technology ensures that each product we sell arrives safely and our customers have a reusable box for future use. When factory boxes are available, we generally double-box. Large, heavy or high-value items will be designated for freight shipping so that they remain upright and are secured to a pallet for the ultimate in safe transport.

International Customers: We welcome business from around the globe. Please contact us in advance of purchase for a shipping quote. You are responsible for voltage conversion. You are responsible for all customs duties / taxes as required by your country. Only Paypal with verified address or bank transfer accepted for International orders. It is your responsibility to determine the compatibility of the specified product for your country. No returns accepted for voltage or other forms of incompatibility.

Returns: Every pre-owned product we offer carries a 30-day, satisfaction-guaranteed return policy unless stated otherwise in the product description.** Additionally, every pre-owned product purchased directly at www.tmraudio.com carries a 90-day warranty. During the 30-day return period, a return or exchange can be requested for any reason. If the product is defective in some way, TMR will cover all related shipping costs. Any returns initiated outside of product defects, the customer is responsible for all Shipping and Handling costs, and there will be a 5% restocking fee taken from the refunded amount. All return requests, with exception of any special orders, must be approved and a return authorization issued before return will be accepted. Special orders are final and will not be available for any return or refund. Basic troubleshooting measures require the cooperation of the customer and are expected to be carried out before a product is deemed “defective." During the 90-day warranty period, we will repair (at our expense) any products that are found to be defective. If we can not repair it, we will replace it with something comparable or issue a full refund. In no case is a customer authorized to send a defective unit to a 3rd party repair center without our consent, and we will not pay for any repairs that we do not perform.
