This is a beautiful Threshold FET ten/hl preamplifier in excellent condition, complete with original box, manual, flyer, and power connector. Serial number 03361. I purchased from the original owner here in 2017. He had all the RCA jacks and associated wires replaced by Threshold in 2009 and the power supply caps and other internal parts replaced by Jon Soderberg in 2016 (see receipt images). This is a very smooth and focused preamp with great dynamics and bass that I used in conjunction with a Threshold T400 and an Audio Note Conquerer. It's in perfect working order. There are a few small nicks on the top edge of the faceplate. Even with these imperfections the unit looks great.
