Selling my awesome VTL ST-150 amplifier. Consolidating two large rooms with systems into one much smaller, so everything must go. I had this unit powering my Harbeth 30s in our TV room, but basically never listened to it after the first few months, mainly due to the usual pressures of family interfering with time available for just listening to music. The sound is fantastic: usually I listen in Triode mode, but when I want a little extra for my dynamic music I switch on Tetrode mode.
The tubes in the unit I am very sure have less than 300 hours on them. The dealer swapped out the 6550Cs for KT-88s when I bought it as a free upgrade. No blemishes and no issues. Smoke free home. I am the original owner.
Strongly recommend local pickup as unit is heavy and shipping will be expensive. If shipped I will insure and pack in original packing. Shipping weight is 75lb.
