Comes with case and 6.5mm cable. Many reviews call it best headphone in the world , bought for comparison to Stax 009s. Keeping the Stax, but darn close and double the price of the Empyreans !!!
(Also- available for extra $200 is copper balanced cable for Ayre Codex. 6 foot long and sounds a bit cleaner than the stock cable)
