RCA 12AX7/ECC83 Black Plate

This is the original 12AX7, the granddaddy of them all.  The RCA black
plate 12AX7 which was the first 12AX7 ever made beginning in the late
1940s.  The tube was so good it had a production run until 1960!  We
have a good stock of these early black plates from the later 1950s, all
tested as new old stock and fully guaranteed.  Hear for yourself why
this tube has become one of the holy grail tubes for guitar amps and
tube hi-fi gear.  Detailed, sweet and warm, it will outperform and
outlast any current production tube.  These are RARE, very few dealers
have these originals.  Carefully tested on our computer modified Hickok
