Sonus Faber Amati Futura

This listing is for a pair of Amati Futura speakers in Excellent condition. They are in the red violin finish. They have always been kept in a child and pet free environment. No blemishes/scratches of any sort. They work flawlessly. Reason for selling >> I am needing to dismantle my entire dream audiophile system (realities of tiny apartment living in San Francisco).

The speakers will be carefully packed in their original packing and boxes. Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be arranged after the sale with the buyer. Note: As is normal with Sonus Faber speakers with grilles and stands that incorporate nylon strings for cosmetic purposes only (not functional), there is a little bit of sagging on my speakers' grille strings as well. I have re-knotted them at the bottom to make them taut again. Most Sonus Faber users don't keep the grilles on anyway, including myself. Sonus Faber charges $1000 for a pair of these replacement grilles, which is preposterous! They can easily be tightened up by pulling on them and re-knotting them.
