Second owner, excellent condition, well taken care of R-99 Super Magnum for sale. This wonderful preamp employs 4 6SN7 tubes resulting in a rich, full, intimate sound. Great for all music types. This unit has delivered trouble free operation and is truly amazing sounding. Note that this unit is without the phono stage. All components are in excellent condition, power supply, remote, face-plate, tubes. etc..

Rogue Audio is American made and delivers sound quality far above their price points. I've had this unit for three years and the only reason it is being sold is that I came by a top of the line Rogue Audio preamp. So I'm staying in the Rogue family, that is how great the customer service is for basic questions, their craftsmanship, the sound quality and being made in America, should you have any issues or wish to upgrade their products, they are located in Pennsylvania.

These units are built to last and very robust, sturdy and heavy.
This unit has had the balance modification added by Rogue Audio and helps to adjust system balance or correct speaker placement. Also note this is the SUPER MAGNUM upgraded unit!

Included is a newer set of Tung-Sol 6SN7GTB's, hand selected for me by the guys at Tube Depot for low noise, microphonics and matched. These tubes are some of the best sounding new production 6SN7's - trouble free operation, great bass, extended mid's and well defined high's. Also included are the sought after NOS Sylvania 6SN7GTB's chrome tops and a set of the original Chinese tubes. Please note I have priced the package based on the Tung-Sol tube set. These other tubes sets are 'extra' as I have no way to test them for rating and noise. Note I have installed the tubes into the amp and they worked and sounded very good. So this should give you some tube-rolling options, but in reality the Tung-Sol's are the thing. The remote, external power supply, umbilical's are all included and in excellent condition. I have the manual and original box.
Unit also has an additional "tape" out modification.
