Fully discrete, mirror imaged dual mono integrated amplifier. Fully differential class AB power stage with
oversized 900VA toroidal transformer conservatively rated at 200W/Channel into
8 ohms, 350W/Channel into 4 ohms and is 2 ohm stable. Volume control uses discrete 15 bit R-2R ladders
and low noise analog switches for maximum bandwidth and signal integrity.
Individual switching relays for one XLR, 3 RCA analog
inputs.
Excellent flexibility for subwoofer integration, the 585
allows bass management with a second order 80Hz high pass filter for mains and
RCA preout for powered subwoofer.
Superb digital section with 6 inputs; AES/EBU, 2 S/PDIF
Coaxial, 2 S/PDIF Toslink, 1 Asynchronous USB type B. DAC will handle DSD files; PCM sampling rate
up to 192KHz, DSD up to 256 and is Roon compatible (endpoint).
