Vandersteen 2ce Signature II 30th Anniversary

This pair is the most recent incarnation of the Signature II, with upgraded mids, tweeters, crossovers, etc.

I'm also interested in trades. Particularly bookshelves (e.g. LS50s), network streamers, and pre/power amps.

A pair of lovingly cared for and obsessed over Vandersteens. I’m the original owner and I bought them along with the bases at a local shop so they’ve never been shipped except by the manufacturer to the dealer. The finish is Walnut.

No major scratches, nicks, scrapes or dents. These puppies are pretty much mint. I've uploaded photos of the 3 minor scratches that are present. None are visible more than a foot or so away and all could be rendered invisible with a matching stain pen as none of them are deep scratches. I love these speakers, but our tiny craftsman house with its small square rooms does not. I’ve agonized over selling them for a while now, and finally decided that it’s time to part ways in favor of a set of stand mount bookshelves of the LS3/5 descendant variety.

Original purchase price: $2570 before tax $2814 after tax.

I can’t find a good purchase price reference for these. The blue book values are all for the older version. Listing them fairly high given the condition, how well they’ve been cared for, and the fact that they’ve never been played past a very conservative listening level.
