Includes Channel Islands Audio VDA-2 digital to analog converter powered by VAC-1 High Current Power Supply. The units cosmetically very good and operationally good. Here is what I noticed:
VDA-2: internal plastic piece surrounding power input connector is partially broken—this is the part that aligns the AC cable connector barrel. As a consequence, the AC connector pin must be inserted completely for the AC cable connector to remain securely in place.
VAC-1: rattling sound inside the unit when shaking it. I opened the chassis, but could not find any loose parts inside and its output perfectly supplies the VDA-2.
Original Box and Owner's Manual are included for the VDA-2 only.
