Audio Research excellent DAC 8 Digital to Analog Converter. I originally purchased this unit from Stereo Design in San Diego, CA. The unit works perfectly. Sounds wonderful and when I compared it to many, many other high-end DACS, it beat them all. Unit comes with Optical, USB, BNC, RCA and XLR inputs and Balanced (XLR) and RCA outputs. Unit comes with original Audio Research shipping box, remote control (typical Audio Research remote, the battery holder, plastic broke but is held on with tape. I believe you can obtain a new one from Audio Research if it bothers you. It didn't bother me), Owner's manual and power cord.

I would be happy to play the unit to the person that agrees to purchase it. As a matter of fact, it is always best for the buyer to come and hear the unit and then pick it up. That way all parties are happy that it worked and looked as described.

If that can't happen (distance), then shipping isn't a problem. we can talk on the phone to establish a good relationship.

This unit is outstanding. If the buyer insist on paypal, then buyer must pay the paypal fee of 3%. I am happy to accept personal check, bank certified cashier's check, or COD also.
