I am the original owner of this fantastic unit. I have replaced it with a far more expensive tube pre-amp, after comparing it with top units from Esoteric and Ayre and keeping this. Extremely quiet and neutral with great punch when asked. There are no problems or apologies. I believe that you will be very happy to have it.
Please note that this is the Stage2 version. It is a tremendous upgrade in sound quality from the standard unit. The links to the standard and upgrade units are below.

One of the key features of this pre-amp that sets it apart from almost all others is that it is passive until the volume needed rises to the point where it becomes active. But you won't hear that happen. Truly a wonderful pre-amp.
