Marantz 2285b Vintage Stereo Receiver - Highly Sought After Rare Model

Marantz's 2285b is a highly sought after model since its boasts a solid 85 watts per channel and has the power to drive nearly any speaker.  It also has dual phono inputs in addition to dual tape and dual aux inputs for a total of 6.  This was one of the first models to feature the new Dolby DLB-1 noise reduction.
 
All parts, LED light kits (which make these look awesome), and wood case kits are also available for the ultimate showpiece.
 
We tested the unit on our bench.  All inputs and functions are working and the volume and level controls are smooth and free of static.  It sounds beautiful.  One lamp is out in the FM signal meter, but your going to want to get the LED light kit for it anyway. (Its a simple procedure of snapping in the new LED's which look like glass fuses).  We received this from the original, 1st owner who purchased in new himself.  He's had it regularly serviced through the years.  She's a beauty!

CONDITION -  This unit was well cared for by its previous owner and is very clean and dust free.   No sign of smoke, pets or kids.  The face is very clean.
