Krell S-1000 Preamp / Processor

This beautiful sounding Krell S1000 was used exclusively as a stereo balanced preamp in my system. Fully functional unit. I purchased it from a seller used it in this home theater and confirmed all AV functions are also working.
For stereo balanced preamp used this unit sounded so clear, natural, deep and extended especially in pure analog mode on reel to reel and vinyl and outboard DAC. Built in DAC will also beat any of the integrated amps with built in dacs.  From Krell Website - The Krell Current Mode analog circuitry is utilized in the critical preamplifier section, and a fully balanced design
delivers the extremely wide bandwidth required for accurate audio reproduction. An analog preamp mode bypasses all digital circuits,
providing the most direct signal path for multi-channel and stereo recordings.

Comes with an expensive URC-MX450 remote to control the unit and can be easily programmed to control other devices. Note it has some scratches. Display screen has few pixels discolored (picture shows). But overall so beautiful.
