I am the original owner. These are the best hubs and reels I've ever used on my deck. I'm selling all my tape related stuff though - so these have to go to. They are awesome and I am 100% confident you will love them too. They are truly that good. No noise, creaks, movement, etc. No out of balance reels. Very well designed!
