Linn SONDEK LP-12, Ittok LVIII/mk2 tonearm, Lyra Kleos Tonearm

This is the Linn LP 12 with the ultra-rare Ittok LVIII Mk2 Tonearm and a Lyra Kleos cartridge.  This table was new with the the Ittok LVIII MK2 but is in immaculate condition.  
It has a Cirkus bearing installed by Definiteive Audio in Seattle, ceraball footers and has the Valhalla power supply.  The bearing installation and check-up was done by the prior owner, I am the second owner of this table  
My original plan was to use this table at trade shows like AXPONA and CAF along with having a reference quality turntable and cartridge to use while I was voicing my speakers.  I since entered into a relationship with Art Audio as their US Representative and used this table minimally as it was replaced by an Art Audio Composer Solo which is what I used at trade shows.  
I have no need for this table and figure it should go to a home where it will be loved and appreciated.  Here is my logic behind pricing.  
It is an older table so the table is valued at $1500, the tonearm sells $1000 by itself and $2000 for the cartridge.  This table sounds amazing and I love it, but can't justify having this money tied up in the expense.  
Last owner confirmed non-smoking HH with no pets.  Same with me.  Original packaging and manuals are included for the table and for the tonearm.  I don't have the original packaging for the cartridge.
