Used for just over a year. Always used copper adapters on outputs and silver or copper connectors on inputs (NO NICKLE!) I will include copper adapters so you can experiment with different locations for each component ( it makes a difference). Some scuffing on bottom unit and some faint spotting ( hard to see) on the side of the chrome. If physical condition is unacceptable return immediately otherwise its yours (sorry no free trials). Highly recommend audioquest cables be used as the unit is designed around them. Designed to drain all power line noise internal and external away from components to circuit panel ground. Works best when not sharing circuit with other power filters. Dedicated line recommended but not necessary. Also recommend their wall outlet to help lower resistance to ground.
