Questions for the seller
When was the work performed...
After I paid for it. The seller had the modifications done and then the item was shipped to me. I think about 6-8 years ago, but that’s from memory.
The modification have or have not been performed?
I probably wasn’t that clear in the listing, so my apologies. The modifications were done after I paid for and ordered the CD player by the original seller’s agent, Parts Express, once I ordered and paid for the unit. It arrived with the modifications done. The player sounds terrific.
Any documents on service upgrades?
The item has worked perfectly since I bought it, and hasn’t been serviced. It hasn’t left my home and was used daily until I changed my system to focus on music kept on a computer. Don’t have the space available for separates.
What is the cosmetic condition? LC
I think fine. I can send photos if you’d like and will take it out of the box. Being brushed stainless, any touch leaves a light mark. Rather than do something to mar the surface, I just have used a soft cloth akin to what I use to quickly clean a disc. All connections are fine and properly tight. I’ve never opened it up and would never do that because my eyesight isn’t great and I’ve no technical skill!! Michael
