Morel Hifi 20L 2-Way

Beautiful custom made 20 L bookshelf speakers utilizing Morel's line of Supreme drivers, ST 1108 Tweeters and SCW 636 Carbon Fiber Woofers. High quality foil inductors and Clarity caps in the signal path. Separate X-over boards bi-wired. CNC milled Baltic birch plywood with 3.5" front baffle and walnut veneer. I still lined them with soundadsorb and these cabinets are DEAD. 6 mm inserts for isolation spikes but none inserted. I will ship external non invasive brass and gun metal spikes uninstalled. They interfered with my stands for break-in. 87db efficient and my honest guess is that they reach down into the mid 30's where they are tuned for. Bass is solid.
I could go on and on about the sound but that is all subjective and discerned by the listener. Detailed, open sound stage that makes them disappear with good source material. The components are world class and the workmanship is excellent. I make these out of solid wood as well all with other Morel drivers up and down the product line. These are the absolute best from a driver performance standpoint. They were broken in for about 60 hours (100 per Morel) and it does make an unbelievable difference in transparency.
I do this for a hobby and there is a lot of love in these guys not so much profit so this is the price. Will ship in two individual boxes packed in foam but would prefer for local buyer to come demo and take with.
