Very nice set of vintage Tung-Sol 12AX7 tubes made in the U.S.A in 1962.
Long grey plates ( 17MM),Top halo getter. Silkscreen worn as very fragile and these tubes are almost 60 years old.
Great sounding tubes,Transparent with good top end extension , extended Mids and solid bass. Perhaps the best 12AX7 made in the U.S.A. Tested for noise and Microphonics in my VTL 5.5 Pre-Amp, dead quiet pair of tubes.
Tested for shorts leaks and dynamic conductance on my tester,.
On my tester- NEW tubes test between 110 and 120.
Very closely matched pair that test very strong. ( triodes matched with less than 3% deviation)
