Empire Troubadour 398 turntable

Empire 398 turntable - (208 table with empire 980 tonearm and walnut base).  In exceptionally clean working condition conservatively rated as 8/10.  Satin chrome finish with only a few specks of corrosion.  Solid walnut wood base (with optional accessory "spongy feet") has no major dings and only a small area of top clear finish flaking off at upper front corners. Could be easily repaired.  
A high quality, beautifully engineered table. Heavy, balanced platter with very close tolerance bearing.  Because of the heavy platter, extremely quite motor and tight tolerances, this table has outstanding rumble and wow and flutter specs.   3 speeds with integral pop up 45 adapter.  Has original "dyna lift" tonearm end of record lift mechanism. Can also be made inoperable by simply flipping to an angle out of the way.  Included Shure V15 type III cartridge. 
This is a single owner table, from a non-smoking environment.  Absolutely not modified or molested in any way.  All original.  Please research and ask questions.  Tonearm, counterweight, tonearm rest and cartridge will be removed and separately packed in foam.  I've had experience packing similar pieces and am confident it will arrive safely.
