Conrad Johnson Premier 18LS Solid State Preamp w Remote

Hello. I have had this preamp for about 6 months now and have loved every minute with it. I am the 2nd owner. It’s absolutely beautiful. Love the solid aluminum remote. I’m moving to an integrated amp and no longer need it.

This by far has been my favorite preamp and believe me, I’ve had several dozens. It has that classic CJ rightness to the sound. Smooth, extended highs, flesh and bone midrange and surprising bass authority and accuracy. It throws out a very large 3D soundstage that’ll give you goosebumps. The digital ladder volume is done right. Very linier and completely silent. It’s in stock condition with no service or modifications.
You don’t see these for sale too often. If you’ve been waiting for one of these, this is the one to get. It’s in beautiful condition with no marks or scratches to speak of. I’ve always kept it very clean. The remote has a few very small dings but functions perfectly.

Comes with a printed manual (not original) and a power cord. I don’t have the original box but will pack very well to ensure safe arrival. Note: when you first plug it in, it will be in Standby mode. To get it out of standby, press and hold the mute button on the front panel or remote for about a second.
