Fully bench tested, this sonic gem has passed our stringent quality control/audition process and is ready for its next owner. (Note: the unit has a couple of barely noticeable surface blemishes on the sides, they are too subtle to appear in these photographs. We tried re-shooting in hi-res, but still not visible. This piece is a VERY solid 8 though.) 
The Ref-110 has been upgraded with KT-150 power tubes  (Ref-110's originally shipped with Sovtek 6550's, then ARC moved to the Tung-Sol KT-120 with the introduction of the Ref-150, and subsequently to the Tung-Sol KT-150 and this tube set has roughly 1,500 hours of use. The improvement in power, dynamic slam, quickness, and sound-staging is palpable. If you're looking at these amps, be sure to inquire as to the tubes included; the difference is not subtle.)
