Boenicke SLS2 Active Speakers - About as good as it gets

This is a very unique speaker made by Boenicke Audio in Switzerland.  They were made by special request to Sven Boenicke from one of his US dealers.  
it is based on the highly regarded Boenicke SLS speaker, but enhanced in a number of significant ways:

• It is fully active with build in amplifiers tailor made for the speakers.  Hook up directly to a preamp or DAC
• It has adjustable bass setting on the back and gain setting for each speaker.  
• It has four 10 inch bass drivers in each slim cabinet ( the SLS uses 7 inch drivers).
• It uses two 4 inch full range drivers on the front (instead of 3 inch on the SLS).
• It has a rear facing tweeter.

As with most Boenicke speakers, it is carved out of wood (no veneer) and beautiful to behold.  It is the most dynamic speaker I have ever heard, great bass, an amazing soundstage and a coherence that is uncanny.   I does everything right, is easy to place and looks amazing.     
I have rated the condition as a 5.  it has a number of blemishes on the wood, including on the front of one of the speakers (see picture).   The speakers are so striking that I have never noticed it or cared about although I am usually finicky about it.  The work perfectly and sound amazing.      
I don't have boxes, so local pickup is preferred.   I am willing to drive a few hundred miles to deliver or meet half way (for example, from Chicago).  The price includes paypal fees.     
I am downsizing my stereo collection due to personal circumstances.
