Joseph Audio Pulsars Upgraded to Pulsar2 Graphenes
I am the original owner of this pair of 2011 Joseph Audio Pulsars that I had Jeff Joseph upgrade to Pulsar2 Graphenes last year. The upgrade consists of replacing the 5.5" woofers with the new Graphene coated woofers and upgrading the crossover. Jeff says the only differece between my upgraded Pulsars and the new Pulsar2 Graphenes are the magnetic grilles. For specs, please visit the Joseph Audio website at www.josephaudio.com.
The speakers are in excellent condition and have resided in my humidity-controlled, smoke-free home since I bought them. There are some imperfections on the back of the left speaker and a couple of small nicks on the edges of the sapele sides.
Serial numbers are 0066R and 0038L. The reason for the difference is that the cabinet of 0066L was damaged during the upgrade and Jeff replaced it with the 0038L cabinet he had in his shop.
I am offering for sale the speakers and pictured custom Skylan stands. The list price of a new pair of Pulsar2 Graphenes is $8,999. My asking price for the speakers and stands is $5,500. I accept payment by wire transfer, cashier’s check, or PayPal. If paying with PayPal, please add 2.9%. I am offering local pickup only.
