Background:
Prior to 1964, the NAB had been engaged in formulating Audio Recording and Reproducing Standards. These standards and recommended good engineering practices are designed primarily for the broadcasting industry and represent the contributions of many of the nation’s authorities on the various phases of reording as used by the industry
This test record is based on the NAB Audio Recording and and Reproducing Standards for Disc Recording and Reproducing as adopted by the Associations Board of Directors on February 1, 1964...
It is intended to meet the needs of the broadcaster and is to be used in conjunction with the Standards document in evaluating turntable playback system performance

Vinyl; Play graded...VG++ some faint sleeving marks that do not affect play...
No disruption of the test tones...
Cover; Strong VG... Only moderate shelving wear to edges and corners, and slight ring wear... Back cover containing instructions is very clear and legible...
