Mcintosh

An excellent McIntosh C2600 specimen.  One owner.  No pets, non smoker.  
Unit is in perfect condition and functions exactly per spec.  Cannot rate a 10/10 because it has been taken out of the box and turned on.  Otherwise it would merit that rating.
Low hours, I am a delivery doctor so very little time to sit and listen.  Maybe 300 hours in 3 years.  I did love listening to it when I could.
The sonics are fantastic, beautiful midrange and excellent clarity.  I am hard pressed to think of a phono stage I have heard that I liked better.  Paired very well with my Ovation and Gull Wing cart.  The DAC is also quite capable.  Tried a number of different alternatives from Benchmark, Mytek to Berkeley.  Nothing under $4000 was as good.
Upgraded to the C1100.  It is better, but dollar for dollar the C2600 is dangerously close in comparison side by side.
