Heathkit AS-101 (same drivers as Altec Valencia 846b)

Offered here is a pair of Heathkit AS-101 loudspeakers. In excellent condition with original Altec Lansing drivers that look and sound great. Heathkit cabinets arguably are better built than Altec Valencia/Iconics and are more stylish. The very slight damage on the back edge of each one is documented in pictures. Also, the very shallow denting on one of the tops is pictured. Other than that they are cosmetically in fantastic shape. No corner damage, all the trims are in great shape too, and the grill cloth is tight and in superb shape. The drivers have never been removed and not a mark on them that i can see. The sound amazingly good, and are bi-amp capable, as can be seen on the back.  Please examine the pictures, as they are part of the description, but speakers or equipment pictured in the background is NOT FOR SALE. 
LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. Buyer may arrange pick up by their own shipping company.  I understand that the buyer may not be able to pick up right away, therefore I will be happy to hold them for you up to 3 weeks. Please make payment within 3 days upon the closing of the auction.

I also have an empty pair of Altec 846A "Valencia" cabinets in great shape that I can throw in for an extra $150.
