Bryston 9B SST

It appears I was not clear in my effort for full disclosure. Yes the amp had a scratchy channel. YES it was repaired by Bryston and operates to specification.All five channels work perfectly. The 7 rating is for age .  A slice of Hi Fi heaven for Mid Fi price. 5 channel in very good condition. Rated 7 conservatively. A year ago one channel seamed scratchy so I sent it back to Bryston under it's still valid 20 year warranty.  I asked to have have everything checked out and was told everything about the amp was designed not to need attention for at least 30 years hence the 20 year warranty.  I really only needed a three channel amp and knew this one sounded so good I was afraid to buy anything else so I have replaced it with the 3 channel version .
