This is a bi-wire pair. However, on one of the cables, one of the positive (red) runs is damaged (see photo). The other positive run and both blue runs are fine. So this cable could not be used for bi-wiring, but it should be fine as a shotgun cable. The other cable is perfectly fine as a bi-wire cable. I am the original owner.
