I am the first and only owner, the preamp is in excellent condition (zero scratches/dents), and works very well.  The display is bright and clear. It comes with the Classe remote, a heavy metal remote that is in excellent/mint condition.
The preamp can handle 10 speakers (front left, front right, subwoofer, center, rear left, rear right, surround left, surround right, aux 1, aux 2) and allows both balanced XLR and RCA connections to the 10 channels.  It has 5 HDMI inputs, 2 HDMI outputs, balanced XLR inputs/outputs, RCA inputs and outputs, component video inputs and outputs, digital coax inputs/outputs, optical inputs/outputs, 12v triggers and many other features.  
The CT-SSP uses the same circuitry as the SSP-800 and is identical in features and performance.  It can sit on a shelf or be mounted on a rack (instruccions included)
