Briefly used gloss black pair of this excellent floorstanding loudspeaker, highly praised by reviewers. I'm moving up to something a lot more costly. Conservatively rated 8/10 -- there are no scratches or flaws that I can see. Each speaker has two 5.5" carbon-infused woofers, one 5.5' carbon-infused midrange with perforated phase alignment lens, and one 1" X-PAL dome tweeter with phase alignment lens. The lenses help create a wide sweet spot without beaming, making this a room-friendly speaker. It sounds terrific, with clarity, accuracy, and extended bass -- better than anything else I have heard for this low price. Shipping is in two clean original factory cartons.
