Side Note  buyer  tips  for  buying   a   Used  Basis   Debut Turntable: Knowing   Actual  "True  Condition" of the Platter Spindle Bearing  and  Carbide Thrust Surface;  Visual  Inspection, and  Platter spin time test  measured in Minutes of time.   Results  of this test was:  6 (SIX)  Minutes
of  spin time till platter stop rotating.  Over  Six  (6)  whole  Minutes!   Test was conducted  with the  drive belt  removed,  Platter  spun up by  hand  and  timed  for rotation  duration  before it comes to a  complete  stop.  This is a very important  test , before  buying a  Used  Debut Turntable.  Quoted  from  A.
