Bryston BP-26 with MPS-2 Power Source, Remote, and Original Box 

Excellent  condition.  Retails for $6235 w/remote.  The remote alone costs $375.  Has a FULL WARRANTY for 7+ years.  I set it up in my system and never moved it.  Comes from a smoke-free household and an audiophile who takes very good care of his components.  Only selling due to downsizing from pandemic.  It sounds amazing and I'm going to miss it very much. Comes in original boxes (2 separate boxes) and includes a packet with the original owners manual, Bryston test sheet, and packing/shipment list, which, according to Bryston, is more important the the sales receipt because it has the unit serial # on it.

Bryston’s BP-26 preamplifiers offer a significant step forward in capturing the subtleties, nuances and emotions of recorded music. Designed inside and out to reflect the improvements in the entire Bryston line, All aspects of the signal flow are greatly improved, with lower noise and distortion figures, and higher overload levels.

All BP-26 series preamplifiers are housed in steel cabinets for shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference effects. Buffered inputs provide for lower distortion and improved linearity from source components. A ground plane has been incorporated in this new design to further reduce crosstalk and noise throughout the internal circuitry. The power supply (MPS-2) is mounted externally to eliminate power-supply noise interference.

REMOTE CONTROL FEATURE

The BP-26 includes a remote control with motor driven volume up/down, along with mute and absolute phase reversal buttons.

Volume, mute and absolute phase can also be activated manually on the front of the preamplifier if the need arises.
