Wilson Audio MAXX - Certified Authentic - Experience True Full Range Performance

For decades Wilson's WATT/Puppy design has been putting smiles on audiophiles souls...and continues to do so.  Then came the X1/Grand SLAMM, the monster that redefined what was possible with a loudspeaker.  This left a need for a reasonable sized loudspeakers that was still capable of true full range performance with high output levels and extremely accurate response.  MAXX was born.      

A true full range loudspeaker capable of reproducing the lifelike of sound from a rock concert to a full orchestra with nearly flawless dynamics, range and timing.  MAXX can be driven by 1000 watt amplifiers and can energize a 8000 sq. ft listening room to an SPL of 110db!  At the same time they play full range with very low distortion and high resolution well into low bass frequencies.  When you need to be 'there', MAXX can transport you.      
This is a one owner pair, that's been well cared for.  (Our client replaced with the them with a $109,000 pair of  ALEXX's).  They spent their time in a child, pet and smoke free listening room.They are finished in light titanium.  The trim and feet are silver (clear) and the grills are black.  During our recertification we polished the cabinets and installed new diffraction pads.  All original crates, accessories, paperwork and manual are included.  As a Certified Authentic Pair they will include a full 3- year warranty.



 


The drivers are in very good condition.  Grills are very good.  Cabinets are beautiful overall with a few small chips under the upper module and a ding on one back lower corner.  All spots have been touched up so they are hidden and you'd have to look for them to find them.
The entire original tool kit, all spikes, complete feet and casters as well as the original manual are included.
