We have up for sale a properly working pair of Thiel Audio CS1.5 speakers. Rated at 4 ohms with a 3 ohm minimum impedance. These measure 3.2 ohms DC resistance which is normal. If you are using a solid state amp make sure you have one that is stable with a four ohm load!
All original parts and the woofers and passive radiators have Butyl rubber surrounds which means they won't rot over time. We'd call these towers with a small footprint measuring 33 1/2 tall x 8 1/2 wide and depth varies between 11 at the bottom to 4 at the top (in inches). Copies of the manuals shown are included are not originals but clean copies.

If you add a powered subwoofer it will significantly add to the power handling if the setup allows you to keep the very deep bass out of these.They are very nice speakers but not advised if you want to play loud rock and roll without that type of subwoofer!! We're glad to advise the buyer on how to do this.

They have consecutive serial numbers: 2737 and 2738
We'd give them a 6.5 on a scale of 1-10 rating based on the very strict Audiogon scale. There are numerous small flaws when inspected up close but they present well if you're looking at them from a few feet back.
