B-Stock Focal Clear Headphones w/ Full Factory Warranty from Authorized Dealer B-stock (or refurbished) refers to anything that has either left the manufactures warehouse and was returned, or is new and was marked as b-stock for cosmetic reasons. Sometimes this means the item was used, sometimes it wasn't, but all have been tested and reconditioned. You will hear them as new, there is no difference audibly. Moreover in most cases you’d be hard pressed to see any difference cosmetically. However they could show some wear.
These Focal headphones are in original packaging, factory sealed, with all accessories and come with a 3 year warranty.

Last year, Focal gave the world two new high-end, reference headphones: Clear and Utopia. Both sets represented a company-wide headphone
rethink, and both incorporated full range, open-backed electrodynamic
transducers for negating distortion via ports — as well as any resulting
dynamic compression – in an open-back design. (Translated: blissful and
hard-to-believe sound without any sense you’re wearing headphones. More
on that in a moment.)

Now, with Clear, Focal adds to what they’ve learned, essentially stacking
the deck by adding both a new and improved full range speaker driver, as
well as an improved circum-aural, open-back design. Twenty-millimeter
memory foam ear cushions are wrapped in perforated microfiber to add to
the open-back experience. Combine that with gray leather built around a
solid aluminum yoke that adjusts for a comfortable, ergonomic, totally
balanced fit, and Clear feels weightless — even ethereal — and enhances
the “I’m not wearing headphones” feeling.

Clear is a new circum-aural open-back headphone for audiophiles. The 'M'
-shape Aluminum/Magnesium dome is equipped with a revolutionary copper
voice coil that provides remarkable dynamics across the audio spectrum,
bass that is always controlled, even at high volumes, and exemplary
linearity in the high-end. The new generation of perforated microfiber
ear cushions adds to Clear's open design, giving the headphones a
weightless, almost invisible feeling. Clear completely envelopes the
user in musical purity. Given the premium materials and weighing in at
0.99lbs, you’d expect a hefty feel, but they seem light during listening
sessions while still being solid and sturdy overall.

Focal Clear features leather and perforated microfiber adjustable headband
with ear cup rotation and a one size fits all Aluminum Yoke with 20mm
memory foam ear cushions. Clear has low impedance (55 Ohms) to ensure
uncompromising use with portable high-resolution audio players. Clear
also features 3.5mm locking jack sockets and comes with 3 cables.
