I just had no idea. I have been a serious audiophile for over 15 years and have owned all kinds of gear. I have heard of master clocks. I just always thought of them as something that works with certain DACs like Esoteric or a DCS Stack. 


I didn't know adding one on to another EtherREGEN could change my system like it has.    

This thing just flat out blew up my system and made it so much better it’s just ridiculous. I have never experienced improvement like this before. 
 
If you are like me then you love it when your system improves after making a change. With me even small, incremental improvements are to be relished because sometimes they can be hard to come by. If you have polished, tweaked and fawned over your system like I have then you know what I am saying. 

Well let me just say this with all certainty! You are in for a treat! 

This is not the case here. Not even close!  This will whack you right between the eyes. No incremental change here! This is a mount it on your wall whopper. This upgrade will knock your socks off and blow you hair back and I am not over exaggerating!    

 



Nothing subtle about it. After hearing for yourself you will understand.





I am still amazed each time I listen. I use this Clock with my Bricasti M1SE DAC with optional Ethernet Roon Endpoint, Antipodes EX Music Server, Ypsilon Phaethon Integrated Amplifier, Nordost Frey 2 Cable Loom and Focal Sopra Speakers.
 
I have spent stupid money in the past on Magico, Wilson and Focal speakers that have not provided this level of improvement. In fairness, this also speaks to the notion of how the source is king! It really is! Nothing impacts the quality of recorded music more than improving the source and this combo has improved my source like nothing that has come before it. 


My system is very much improved. My Ypsilon Phaethon always had great PRAT. The European OEM's always seem to have great PRAT but now it's tighter, quicker and has this pliable elasticity effect that was not present before. What a great improvement!  The dynamics, oh man the dynamics are more feisty, more specific and distinct, they just  feel more focused and real. The imaging and sound stage is so much better. Darker background with raised levels of overall precision. The images are spread out wider yet carved more sharply with better definition. The level of overall improvement is just ridiculous;  

I could go on and on. I always liked my Bricasti M1SE but it just doesn’t sound like the same DAC. Yes absolutely, a $535 device has blown up my $14,000 DAC, it sounds completely different. I mean I don’t know what to tell you. This upgrade is absolutely insane!  



The crazy part is it keeps getting better. It takes 30 days to settle all in. I’ve heard like 5 different upgrades. It will be the best $535 you have ever spent. I mean I’m not going anywhere. Read my feedback. I’m a raging audiophile. I live for this stuff. I would not go on and on about $535 device unless it legit blew my mind and that is exactly what it did. You would be crazy not to try it. Ok I’ve gone on long enough but just needed to make this point. 

It’s so easy for me to write all this now as I’m sitting here listening to my system. I’m writing what I’m experiencing right here and now. Kind of like food shopping when you really hungry except your more likely to spend more money on food because honestly this type of audio improvement should cost so much more. 

Look I understand.  know your system sounds great as it is? Whose doesn’t. All of ours do. It’s what we do and many of us over do it and that again is my point. You are missing out. You’ll see...  

These products are perfect partners. The net result equaling much more then the sum of it parts.

Look if I had a bunch of these I would be tempted to loan them out on trial for a week knowing everyone would want to keep them but I don’t have a bunch of them and they take a while to get.

All kinds of measurements and Allen Deviation tests and it’s really a fascinating tech except for most of it goes way over my head I just know what matters and that is it makes my audio system sound amazing.


This tech has been used for years in high tech manufacturing, bio tech, cellular and the high precision medical tool industry but this combo has made an excellent, reasonable priced entry into the high end audio Ethernet performance segment and it’s just awesome. When you hear it you will thank me.

3.) I will included a high quality 75Ohm BNC Clock cable

5.) When you get it set it up and don’t move or unplug, Set it up and leave it alone. It’s gets better as it settles and reaches it's max at about 30 days. I was amazed the first day and then again like 4 days later I was OMG it was a lot better and it keeps growing for a month.

UPDATE: 3/19/2021
A friend of mine just got his AfterDark Queen Master Clock at my urging. He was not crazy about the idea but I promised him he would love it and he needs to do this. I twisted his arm a bit. He has a pretty serious system with the Innuos Statement player, Luxman M900u amp, Luxman 900u preamp and Magico S7 Speakers. 
My cell phone started blowing up. I starting getting all these texts.
He flat out can't believe it. He is absolutely blown away. Biggest upgrade he has ever heard and he isn't even using a Linear Power Supply yet. This is right out of the gate too not even settled in yet. 
I am telling you guys/gals you will be absolutely blown away. I was curious how he would react. I was confident but curious. He is a pretty picky listener. It just reinforced what I already knew!
