Quad ESL 57 (Art Dudley's Pair) - Reduced

This is Art Dudley's (RIP) pair of Quad 57 ESL‘s, meticulously rebuilt by Kent at Electrostatic Solutions, the premier Quad electrostatic rebuilder in the world today.

I bought them from him new around seven months ago. He acquired them from Art's estate after his passing, and restored them per his usual methods, but with nicer side panels than usual and perhaps extra care.

The reason I am selling them is very simple: I tried a pair of 63a and I like them better. if one searches the Internet, one will discover that almost everyone prefers the 57 over the 63 – I think the ratio is about four or 5 to 1. For whatever reason, I am not one of them.

I have the shipping crates but I’m not willing to ship them at this time due to the risk. These are a true collector's item.

Though I won't ship, Craters and Freighters IS an option for someone (as they pick up, and assume all risk). Since I do have boxes, it would not likely be terribly expensive.
Local pick up is still the preferred option.  
Buyers will be responsible for all fees as well.
