The Acoustic Revive RPT-4 passive power conditioner from Japan has been favourably assessed by several hi fi magazines in the west (UK USA & Europe), as well as elsewhere,  so these should give you a fair idea of what to expect.

The machined duralumin case includes a bed of tourmaline, green carborundum, and quartz, which, in combination, are thought to cancel many of those powerline nasties.
