Sonus Faber Venere 2.5 Floor-Standing Loudspeakers - Only Pair in Existence

Exotic Italian design with a stunning and lively sound.  The Venere line represents a more affordable line for Sonus Faber, but a level of performance above anything in the price range. 

While we've sold 100's of these over the past 5 years but this pair is special.  It consists of prototype number 2 and 3 (marked under the front faceplate).  The woofers and tweeters are the same as the production models except the tweeter body is silver and all production models were black.  Also the glass plinth on the prototype forms the bottom of the front port.  Production models were all wood.  All internal wiring is the same as used in the Sonus Faber Olympicas.  A cheaper wire was eventually used in the Venere production models.  Also the production model has 6 grill magnets, these have 4.  The coolest feature of these speakers is they are finished in matte sapphire blue pearl.  Its look black until the light hits it.  These were only ever produced in Gloss black, white and walnut.  This is absolutely a one of a kind pair of these and they only ones in existence.  They have no serial number plates since the binding posts are pre-production but ended up being identical.  They sound a bit better then the production models likely due to some upgrades components and wiring. 
 
This pair has never been sold and they have been in our possession since we purchased them from Sonus Faber.  They include the glass bases, full spiked foot kit.   They have no scratches or dings and we will include a complimentary full 2 year warranty on them.
