Bottlehead Kaiju 300B SET w/DC filament upgrade

For sale is my Kaiju 300b SET amp  with DC filament upgrade enabling sweet 300b sound with no audible background hiss or other distracting business using my Tekton Lore reference @ 97db sensitivity.

This Kaiju was built by BH tech and can be easily verified as I can give you his addy should you want to do that.

    I need to thin out my 2 systems in the house which is why I am selling the BH 300b.  

  The pack job on this is quite involved partially due to that the top plate does not screw down on the base.   I have all the packing the previous owner devised and I will improve upon that .  I am the second owner.

The amp came wired for 4ohm and I changed it over to drive 8 ohm speakers and will include the relevant pages of the build manual so that the new owner can change if desired. 

See the pic of the base standing upright it can be noticed that the bottom is 2 pieces wedded together with large holes necessary to facilitate air flow.  Also, see the large spikes  which screw into existing threaded inserts of which are now occupied with the substantial rubber feet which I added to the mix.   Take your pick---spikes or rubber feet.  

Shipping cost will be based on actual cost which will still not be inexpensive considering the state of things. I will use my Fedex account to give interested party an idea of ship cost. Does not come with a power cord which is how I received it.

Pickup in northern Cali is certainly an option. Offers considered. Buyer to pay for shipping and I will cover PP.

The included 2 EH 300b tubes were tested on my Hickok 752A. One tube is at  minimum  value GM and I suggest new owner buy a new pair of their choice.  Amp is playing fine with the included tubes but will weaken over time of course.   Also includes  2 strong testing  Western Electric 2C51 driver/input tubes. I will do another tube test of 300b's before shipping.
