GOEBEL LACORDE STATEMENT POWER CORD 2 METERS

This is the first AC cord that we have come across that tip over our current reference AC cord – Purist Audio Design’s 25th Anniversary AC cord. We didn’t think that was possible since the 25th Anniversary AC cord is an amazing cable but the Goebel proved otherwise. We have tried and sold their interconnect cables and is currently using their speaker cables in one of our system. Their cables has this fluidity that sort of let the music “gush” out through your system. An almost unhampered flow of signal. We plugged this AC cord into a pair of Audio Research Reference 210 monoblocks and within 10 mins, you can hear the difference of the Goebel over the Shunyata Anaconda that we were using to power the Ref210. The mids were a bit more “weighty” and the bass and highs had better definition. These are serious cables. Very over built (you can tell by just lifting them) and just an incredible cable that somehow improved the flow of electrical current into the amps. We did try the cable with an Esoteric CD player and an Audio Research Reference 3 preamp but our money is on pairing the cable with amps. The bigger, the more hungry the amps, the better the result.

Cable is in excellent condition but has a few fine knicks.
